(Opinion) Lula has not read the philosopher Alexander Dugin, the prominent ideologue of what has come to be called “Eurasianism”.

He probably doesn’t even know who he is talking about.

This elementary ignorance makes him ignore the basics of the nature of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

We are facing something wider than the borders of the two nations.

In one of his verbal sprees, the Brazilian president once said he would solve everything with a beer.

In his mind, only alcohol diplomacy could stop Russian expansionism.
