“Frente de Todos” splits in the Argentine Senate

In the middle of this week, the ruling Frente de Todos suffered a split in the Upper House of the Argentinean Parliament.

Legislators Guillermo Snopek (Jujuy), Edgardo Kueider (Entre Ríos), Carlos Espínola (Corrientes), and María Eugenia Catalfamo (San Luis) left the ruling bloc in the Senate.

They will now form a new bench, the Bloque Unidad Federal (Federal Unity Bloc).
