Former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) said on Monday (27) that he will not work against Brazil, despite having an “aversion” from the President of the Republic, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT).
The statement was made during an event in the United States, Power360 reported.
“Despite having an aversion to what is currently in politics there in the Executive, I will not work against my country,” Bolsonaro said.
The former president has been in the US since December 30. There is still no date for Bolsonaro’s return to Brazil.
