On Monday, Colombian President Gustavo Petro announced opening a “second peace process” with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) terrorists who did not join the one agreed upon in 2016.
“A second Peace process begins. A table will be established between the government and the Central General Staff,” Petro has informed in a message posted on Twitter.
