Justice Alexandre de Moraes of the Supreme Court (STF) granted, on Monday 13, provisional freedom to another 130 men accused of participating in the demonstrations of January 8 in Brasilia.
According to the press office of the STF, the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGR) approved granting freedom.
Moraes considered that the prisoners had already been indicted and no longer posed a risk to the process or society at this time to respond to the process at liberty.
